CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing FinTech startup, the remote Accounting Manager will lead a team of bookkeeping professionals, manage client interactions, and implement scalable bookkeeping processes while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team providing weekly bookkeeping services to clients
• Ensure deadlines are met for internal and external client work, including tax-related tasks
• Develop and implement scalable bookkeeping processes to enhance service quality

Required qualifications

• Significant experience with end-to-end bookkeeping and financial statement review
• Experience in hiring and scaling an accounting team
• Proven ability to create and implement accounting processes within a team
• At least 3 years of experience in Client Accounting Services, preferably in a management role
• CPA designation is highly preferred
