CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex operational accounting activities, the full-time remote Accounting Manager - Financial Products & Services will ensure the accuracy of financial records, support timely reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and schedules
• Interpret and apply accounting guidance to new transactions, advising stakeholders and documenting audit conclusions
• Coordinate month-end and quarter-end close activities, identifying variances and recommending process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional accounting experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or a related finance role
• Active CPA license (strongly preferred) with a foundation in public accounting
• Experience using AI tools in accounting or finance environments
• Experience with modern ERP or financial systems and performing complex reconciliations in a high-volume environment
