CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing global accounting team, the full-time Accounting Manager will manage international statutory audits, assist with month-end close activities, and improve accounting processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and execution of international statutory audits, ensuring compliance with timelines and reporting requirements
• Take an active role in monthly close activities, including account reconciliations and financial reviews
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and automate accounting processes for improved efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in public and corporate accounting, preferably with a Big Four or top 10 accounting firm
• Active CPA license is strongly preferred
• Experience managing international statutory audits and working with external auditors
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience with U.S. GAAP-to-local GAAP reconciliations
