CPA Accounting Manager
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team remotely, the full-time Accounting Manager will oversee accounting functions, manage teams in the Philippines, and drive process improvements while supporting the Senior Managing Director.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing contractor invoice processing and team performance in the Philippines
- Identify and propose process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external use while facilitating training sessions
Required qualifications
- CPA required
- Latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) required
- At least 10 years of audit/accounting experience with a Big 4 firm, including 3 years in a managerial role
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
