CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on Technical Lease Accounting and Financial Reporting, the full-time salaried Accounting Manager will lead ASC 842 compliance, oversee balance sheet reconciliations, and drive operational efficiency within the Global Accounting & Reporting team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global accounting treatment and compliance for lease contracts under ASC 842, collaborating with Real Estate, Sourcing, and Legal teams
• Review and approve right-of-use asset/liability schedules, journal entries, and cash flow disclosure packages for financial reporting
• Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive accounting tasks and improve workflows across Oracle Financials and peripheral systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or audit experience with deep knowledge of US GAAP, specifically ASC 842 lease accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern enterprise ERP systems, such as Oracle Financials
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into daily business workflows
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional priorities and communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders
