CPA Accounting Team Leader
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Accounting Team Leader will oversee accounting functions and team performance remotely, while assisting in process improvements and providing administrative support to the Senior Managing Director.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing teams in the Philippines, including reviewing contractor invoices and monitoring performance
- Identify and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in operations
- Prepare reports and facilitate training sessions for team onboarding and offboarding activities
Required qualifications
- CPA required
- Latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) required
- At least 10 years of audit/accounting experience with a Big 4 accounting firm, including 3 years in a managerial role
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
