CPA Accounting Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Operations, the full-time remote Accounting Transformation Manager will modernize accounting processes, enhance financial reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a rapidly scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve existing accounting and finance processes, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Lead finance transformation workstreams, focusing on standardization and optimization of financial processes and systems
• Support IPO readiness initiatives, including the design and documentation of future-state processes and controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Accounting preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in progressive financial accounting roles, with a preference for Big 4 or public company experience
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, internal controls, and experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred)
