CPA Assistant Controller

Job Summary

Overseeing the company's full accounting operations, the hybrid Assistant Controller will manage the accounting team, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and optimize financial processes to support a high-growth global business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial close processes across multiple entities
• Oversee cost accounting processes, including standard cost development and inventory valuation, while providing financial insight into cost drivers
• Strengthen internal control frameworks and lead preparation for external audits, ensuring compliance across business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Active or inactive CPA credential
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with significant experience in cost or manufacturing accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience in multi-entity accounting
• Prior experience with NetSuite and demonstrated leadership managing accounting teams
