CPA Associate Manager, Technical Reviews
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote CPA Associate Manager, Technical Reviews, who will serve as the internal subject matter expert on U.S. GAAP, lead technical accounting training, and ensure compliance and quality standards across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Review monthly close workpapers and financial statements for accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Conduct technical research on nonprofit accounting matters and prepare documentation for internal use
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff, including creating educational materials and coaching sessions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA license required
- Minimum of three years of nonprofit accounting experience
- At least five years of general ledger accounting experience
- Experience in audit preparation and management preferred
