Seeking a proactive, full-time CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this position offers the opportunity to conduct audits and reviews for healthcare clients, including senior living and hospitals, while working remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, managing budgets and timelines
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing audit services and recommendations for improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, ensuring effective training on audit processes
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain it with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
