Job Summary
To support its Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will perform comprehensive audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospital sectors, while working remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
- Develop strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns while participating in audit planning and closing meetings
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA support from the firm
- Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
