Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, while managing client engagements and mentoring junior staff, with the option to work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring audits are executed within budget
- Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues, utilizing audit software to compile financial information
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, providing training on the audit process and assessing their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain it with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills, with knowledge of relevant rules and standards
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment
