Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, managing budgets and timelines
- Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues, utilizing audit software for effective resolution
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns while maintaining strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills, with knowledge of relevant rules and standards
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
