CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare
Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position will manage audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospitals, with the option to work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process, assessing their performance during engagement reviews
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with support from the firm
- Excellent analytical and auditing skills with a solid understanding of relevant rules and standards
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment
