Job Summary
To support the Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements, including planning and executing financial audits, while working remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction while providing audit services
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process and assess their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain it with support from the firm
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
