Job Summary
To support the Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning through completion, focusing on audits and reviews for healthcare clients, and may work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform and oversee financial audits, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
- Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and provide business improvement recommendations
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns while actively participating in audit planning and closing meetings
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills with a solid understanding of relevant rules and standards
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
