Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will perform audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospitals, while working remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
- Develop strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, fostering their professional development and performance assessment
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or intent to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
