Job Summary
To support the Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, conduct audits for healthcare clients, and supervise associates while working either remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform and manage financial audits, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
- Develop strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff on audit processes and performance assessments
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain it with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
