Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements, perform audits, and develop recommendations for process improvements while working either remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring audits are executed within budget
- Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related issues to resolve client concerns
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns on audit processes while fostering client relationships
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
