CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare
Job Summary
To support its Healthcare Practice Group, a proactive full-time CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, either remotely or from one of the New England offices, while managing client engagements from planning to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide business process improvement recommendations
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on audit processes while assessing their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
