CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare
Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will perform audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, managing engagements from start to finish while working either remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while adhering to budget constraints
- Develop strong relationships with clients and provide recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during audit engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
