Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements, conduct audits and reviews, and develop recommendations for process improvements, with the flexibility to work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from start to finish, including planning and executing financial audits
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and communication
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
