CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare
Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position offers the opportunity to conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, either from one of our New England offices or remotely, while managing client engagements from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing to budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns on the audit process, assessing their performance during engagement reviews
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA or a desire to obtain CPA certification with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
