CPA Audit Staff Accountant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Staff Accountant will manage audit and attestation tasks, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and build client relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult on complex accounting transactions and ensure quality work is performed timely and accurately
• Engage with client stakeholders, including audit committees, to deliver timely and accurate advice
• Participate in business development and cultivate relationships to enhance both personal and firm growth

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred or actively seeking CPA credential
• 1+ years of public accounting experience, including financial statement audits or corporate accounting
• Strong technical skills and understanding of specific industries
• Leadership skills to mentor and motivate team members
• Developmental skills for training and supporting others
