CPA Certified Corporate Audit Manager

Job Summary

Leading corporate audit activities, the full-time remote CPA Certified Corporate Audit Manager will manage risk-based operational audits, oversee internal audit staff, and provide advisory insights to support strategic decision-making across Mazda North American Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of corporate audits, including planning, execution, and reporting of J-SOX ITGC testing
• Develop and maintain audit risk assessments and execute the long-term Audit Plan across North American entities
• Lead and mentor audit staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in managing audits within internal audit functions or related accounting roles
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance, or equivalent experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) required upon hire
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) required upon hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auditboard (Optro), and data analytics tools
