Leading a successful Client Accounting Services practice, the full-time salaried CPA Client Accounting Director will develop a team of professionals, enhance client advisory capabilities, and drive strategic insights while working remotely for a growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and mentor team members to transition from traditional accounting roles to proactive client advisors
- Enhance the firm's advisory services, focusing on cash flow strategy, KPI development, and operational consulting

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, CAS, or related advisory roles
