CPA Corporate Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To guide financial operations for a privately held SaaS company, the full-time salaried CPA Corporate Accounting Manager will oversee complex month-end and quarter-end close processes, manage a distributed global team, and drive process improvements, including AI integration, all in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deliverables and mentor a global team of staff accountants while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Build and scale accounting processes by implementing AI agents for month-end close tasks to enhance team performance
• Direct and review complex close procedures, focusing on accuracy in P&L expense accruals, payroll accounting, and other technical accounting needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification highly preferred
• Advanced accounting acumen with a proven track record of maintaining SOX-compliant workpapers
• Experience with NetSuite, FloQast, Coupa, and/or Brex preferred
• Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple workflows and process improvements
