CPA Corporate Controller
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller, the full-time salaried position will oversee accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and maintain compliance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP and manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Design and improve internal controls while partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Experience in public accounting, particularly with Big Four or national/regional firms
- Prior experience as a Controller or equivalent in a SaaS/software company is strongly preferred
