CPA Director of Audit Transformation

Job Summary

Leading the transition from traditional audit execution to an agentic operating model, the full-time remote CPA Director of Audit Transformation will set the strategic direction for designing, adopting, and scaling financial audit agents while collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the audit domain expert in product discovery and roadmap planning for agent-based workflows
• Own the transformation process that guides firms from initial adoption to full agentic audit transformation
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering on go-to-market opportunities and support customer engagements

Required qualifications

• CPA with 10+ years of financial audit experience at a public accounting firm, including senior leadership or innovation exposure
• Experience in designing or scaling transformation or change-management programs
• Strong expertise in auditing standards and audit methodology
• Experience with audit technology, automation, or AI-enabled tools
• Ability to translate professional standards into structured workflows and logic
