CPA E-commerce Accountant
Job Summary
Seeking a CPA E-commerce Accountant, the full-time remote position will manage monthly financial closings, ensure US GAAP-compliant bookkeeping, and handle day-to-day accounting tasks while collaborating with the international accounting team.
Key responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping and daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records
- Prepare and deliver US GAAP-compliant financial statements and conduct monthly and year-end closings
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateway transactions, and manage the invoicing process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce financial operations with Shopify
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience in e-commerce bookkeeping and transfer pricing
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
