CPA E-commerce Accountant
Job Summary
Seeking a CPA E-commerce Accountant, the full-time remote position will manage monthly financial closings, provide US GAAP-compliant bookkeeping, and oversee financial reconciliation and reporting using QuickBooks Online and e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
Key responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateway transactions, and prepare timely financial statements
- Coordinate with the international accounting team on inventory management and conduct monthly and year-end closings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce financial operations with Shopify
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience in e-commerce bookkeeping
- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and Consolidation
- Experience in managing the invoicing process
