CPA E-commerce Accountant
Job Summary
Seeking a CPA E-commerce Accountant, the full-time remote position will manage monthly financial closings, provide US GAAP-compliant bookkeeping, and oversee e-commerce financial operations using QuickBooks Online and Shopify.
Key responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining the general ledger
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateway transactions, ensuring accurate financial records
- Prepare and deliver US GAAP-compliant financial statements and conduct monthly and year-end closings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce financial operations with Shopify
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and e-commerce bookkeeping
- Experience in Transfer Pricing and Consolidation
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
