CPA E-commerce Accountant
Job Summary
Seeking a CPA E-commerce Accountant to join the team in a full-time remote capacity, responsible for managing monthly financial closings, maintaining US GAAP-compliant bookkeeping, and reconciling financial transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting tasks while maintaining accurate financial records
- Prepare and deliver US GAAP-compliant financial statements and conduct monthly and year-end closings
- Coordinate with the international accounting team on inventory management and perform financial analysis on variances
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce financial operations with Shopify
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience in e-commerce bookkeeping
- Experience with Transfer Pricing and Consolidation
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
