CPA E-commerce Accountant
Job Summary
Seeking a CPA E-commerce Accountant, the full-time remote position will manage monthly financial closings, ensure US GAAP-compliant bookkeeping, and handle day-to-day accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online and e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
Key responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain the general ledger for accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateway transactions while coordinating with the international accounting team
- Prepare and deliver US GAAP-compliant financial statements and conduct monthly and year-end closings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce financial operations with Shopify
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and e-commerce bookkeeping
- Experience in Transfer Pricing and Consolidation
- Ability to manage the invoicing process effectively
