CPA E-commerce Accountant
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote CPA E-commerce Accountant, the successful candidate will manage monthly financial closings, ensure US GAAP-compliant bookkeeping, and handle day-to-day accounting tasks, leveraging expertise in QuickBooks Online and e-commerce financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateway transactions while coordinating with the international accounting team on inventory management
- Prepare and deliver US GAAP-compliant financial statements and conduct monthly and year-end closings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce financial operations with Shopify
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience in e-commerce bookkeeping and Transfer Pricing
- Ability to manage the invoicing process effectively
