CPA E-commerce Accountant
Job Summary
To support a growing e-commerce operation, the full-time remote CPA E-commerce Accountant will manage monthly financial closings, maintain US GAAP-compliant bookkeeping, and oversee financial reconciliation and reporting using QuickBooks Online and Shopify.
Key responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateway transactions, and coordinate with the international accounting team on inventory management
- Prepare and deliver US GAAP-compliant financial statements and conduct monthly and year-end closings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce financial operations, specifically with Shopify
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience in Transfer Pricing and Consolidation
- Demonstrated ability to manage the invoicing process effectively
