CPA E-commerce Accountant
Job Summary
Seeking a CPA E-commerce Accountant, the full-time remote position will manage monthly financial closings, ensure US GAAP-compliant bookkeeping, and oversee daily bookkeeping and reconciliations while collaborating with the international accounting team.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateways, and coordinate inventory consolidation
- Prepare US GAAP-compliant financial statements and perform monthly variance analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce financial operations with Shopify
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and e-commerce bookkeeping
- Experience in Transfer Pricing and Consolidation
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
