CPA E-commerce Accountant
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented CPA E-commerce Accountant, the full-time remote position will manage monthly financial closings, ensure US GAAP-compliant bookkeeping, and oversee daily financial operations using QuickBooks Online and Shopify.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateways, and prepare US GAAP-compliant financial statements
- Coordinate with the international accounting team on inventory, consolidation, and transfer pricing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce financial operations with Shopify
- Experience with QuickBooks and e-commerce bookkeeping
- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and Consolidation
- Experience managing the invoicing process
