Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote CPA E-commerce Accountant, the ideal candidate will manage monthly financial closings, ensure US GAAP-compliant bookkeeping, and perform financial reconciliation and reporting, leveraging expertise in QuickBooks Online and e-commerce operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records
- Prepare and deliver US GAAP-compliant financial statements, conducting monthly and year-end closings
- Coordinate with the international accounting team on inventory management and consolidation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce financial operations with Shopify
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience with transfer pricing and consolidation
- Demonstrated ability to manage the invoicing process effectively
