Job Summary
Leading the finance and accounting functions, the full-time remote Director of Finance & Accounting will manage accounting operations, deliver financial insights, and support strategic planning while reporting directly to the CEO.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and develop the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and integrity in accounting operations
- Deliver timely financial statements and manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasts
- Advise the CEO and leadership team on financial performance and strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience
- Experience in a senior financial leadership role such as Controller or Director of Finance
- CPA designation preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Shopify preferred
