CPA Finance Program Manager
Job Summary
Managing enterprise-wide financial planning and analytics, the full-time remote CPA Finance Program Manager will coordinate budgeting processes, lead financial system enhancements, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and optimize annual budget processes and quarterly reforecasts across various markets and entities
- Analyze claims and financial datasets to identify trends, risk drivers, and performance gaps
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership and governance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5 years of experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or other BI tools), and Excel
- Experience with healthcare claims and financial datasets
- CPA certification preferred
