CPA Financial Planning Director

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for financial planning and analysis, the full-time Financial Planning & Analytics Senior Director will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision support while working remotely across various states.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with organizational goals
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on financial data analysis and market trends
• Oversee the consolidation of financial results and monitor performance against key metrics and targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field strongly preferred
• Typically requires 12+ years of progressively senior financial planning and analysis experience
• Proven experience in a leadership role managing financial strategies at a corporate or divisional level
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred; Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is an advantage
