CPA Financial Reporting Manager
Job Summary
Leading the financial reporting and technical accounting functions, the full-time salaried CPA Financial Reporting Manager will prepare financial statements, oversee compliance with U.S. GAAP, and partner with various departments to support strategic transactions and enhance reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures
- Research complex accounting matters and prepare technical accounting memoranda
- Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors and maintain accounting policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA license
- 8+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or technical accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Experience preparing audited financial statements and researching technical accounting issues
