CPA Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Managing consolidated financial statements, the full-time Manager, Financial Reporting will prepare SEC filings, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS, and support high visibility reporting processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and draft SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage legal entity financial statements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data
• Oversee the external audit process and manage SOX compliance by executing and documenting internal controls over financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant or actively pursuing professional licensure
• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in public accounting, preferably with Big 4 experience
• Familiarity with statutory reporting, technical accounting, and applicable standards such as US GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or OneStream
