Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary Lease Audit Team, ensuring quality assurance and performance alignment with business objectives
• Oversee audit billing processes, including client invoicing and revenue integrity management
• Direct multiple client engagements, ensuring timely execution and high-quality audit outcomes while collaborating with global teams

Required qualifications

• CPA certification is required
• Proven experience in lease audit, financial analysis, or real estate accounting
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and client relationship management
• Experience in managing billing, accounts receivable, and revenue tracking
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement and SOP development
