Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time CPA Licensed Accountant will manage clients' financial operations, ensure compliance with US taxation laws, and lead tax planning and advisory efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage clients' financial operations, including taxation, accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll management
- Lead tax planning and advisory for assigned clients, identifying opportunities to reduce tax liability and support long-term financial goals
- Collaborate with the sales and business development team to originate and pursue new client opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related; Master's degree is a plus
- CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential is a must
- 5+ years of professional experience in accounting and tax, with a strong focus on tax planning and advisory
- Proven experience advising clients on tax strategy/planning beyond compliance and preparation
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and business development
