CPA Licensed Accounting Methods Associate

Job Summary

Serving as a firmwide resource for accounting methods-related matters, the full-time Accounting Methods Senior Associate will provide consulting services, manage client projects, and perform tax technical research while working remotely or in a hybrid/in-office setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consulting services for accounting method-related issues, including changes, revenue recognition, and capitalization
• Assist in managing and delivering client projects, including data analysis and preparation of required calculations and IRS filings
• Develop and present technical training materials on accounting method issues for internal and external clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Active pursuit of CPA license or JD
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting, specifically with accounting methods
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client deadlines
