CPA Licensed Accounting Senior

Job Summary

Serving as the main point of contact for an assigned client portfolio, the full-time salaried Accounting and Advisory Senior will oversee the full accounting cycle, prepare financial statements, and enhance accounting processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounting cycle from bookkeeping through month-end and year-end close for assigned clients
• Prepare financial statements, perform variance analysis, and deliver executive summaries with KPIs and improvement insights
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and technology tools to enhance efficiency and financial visibility

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of experience in a CPA firm, including international CPA firm experience
• Hands-on experience with month-end and year-end close, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and internal controls
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills
