CPA Licensed Assistant Controller
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on CPA Licensed Assistant Controller, this full-time remote position will manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, oversee accounting for various financial activities, and support financial reporting and compliance in a rapidly growing data center infrastructure company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting routines
- Oversee accounting for operating expenses, CapEx, fixed assets, and payroll-related matters
- Build scalable accounting processes and manage, mentor, and develop accounting team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including close/reporting leadership
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with complex accounting transactions
- Experience with CapEx, fixed assets, and capital-intensive industries preferred
- ERP, systems implementation, or process improvement experience preferred
