CPA Licensed Associate Director
Job Summary
Leading the Global Technical Accounting function, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Associate Director will oversee complex accounting treatments, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and partner with business teams to assess accounting implications of new initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the technical integrity of monthly reporting processes, ensuring high-risk accounting areas are treated with precision
- Partner with Product and Business teams to assess accounting implications of new product launches before implementation
- Lead the preparation of technical memos and maintain the Global Accounting Policy Manual for consistency and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience in technical finance roles
- Deep expertise in US GAAP standards with proven application to complex business transactions
- Strong working knowledge of PCAOB Auditing Standards and SOX requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a hyper-growth environment
